Closes #182

Summary

  • Add an explicit readable text color to the Resources safety banner.
  • Keep the existing light gradient and ensure dark mode does not inherit low-contrast text.

Validation

  • npm run build
  • git diff --check
  • npm run lint (blocked by the repository's existing ESLint/@typescript-eslint rule incompatibility before file linting)
