Installing and configuring d3

This is a long, manual, step-by-step process - the starting point.

Eventually some or all of this will be automated, and this document will be updated and refined.

Preparing the servers
Installing d3 on your own machine
Adding your first package
Deploy your first package to your machine
Test sync for auto-updates
Import packages from Casper
Create Policies, Scripts, and Ext.Attrs.
Push to all clients.

- install sync launchd job
