Gives Materials and Tech Levels to Tendril Loot (and moves them to the new attack chain)

What Does This PR Do

Moves tendril loot to the new attack chain.
Gives tendril loot the following mats and tech levels:

• Paradox bag: Bluespace 6.
• Book of Babel: Data 7.
• Ship in Bottle: 2 sheets of glass. Engineering 5, Bluespace 5.
• Warp cube: 4 metal sheets, 1 plasma sheet, 1 diamond, 1 bluespace crystal. Bluespace 6, Electromagnetic 6.
• Meat Hook: 10 metal sheets. Combat 5, engineering 5.
• Immortality Talisman: 0.5 plasma sheets, 0.5 bluespace crystals. Bluespace 6, materials 6.

The Wisp Lantern has not been included as it has its own dedicated rework PR: #32132

Why It's Good For The Game

Gives these items something to do other than be hoarded by miners, potentially benefitting the advancement of the rest of the station if they decide to share some.

The Paradox Bag(s) is an alternative to using a bluespace crystal (also from mining). Potentially useful if RNG decides to not spawn any crystals but does decide to spawn a bag in a tendril chest.

The Book of Babel is an alternative to the Minebot AI upgrade (also from mining). While it does allow Data 8 to be reached, there is no RND technology unlocked by doing so, but RND will still get a small amount of cash for sending a data 8 disk to CC. Mainly for bragging rights.

The Ship in Bottle is an alternative to using a jetpack and a bluespace crystal (both also from mining). The glass is mainly present because it's a glass bottle... But if the situation is truly desperate, RND can use that glass when it is broken down.

The Warp Cube(s) is an alternative to using a bluespace crystal and a Lazarus injector (both also from mining), and can also provide a modest amount of plasma, diamond, and bluespace material for use by RND when broken down.

The Meat Hook is a flavourful alternative to the chain of command or botany's death nettle, plus the jetpack (also from mining). Clearly if a regular chain can get combat 6, adding a hook to the end MUST make it more advanced.

The Immortality talisman is an alternative to using a bluespace crystal and a diamond (both also from mining), and can provide a small amount of plasma, and bluespace material for use by RND when broken down.

Testing

Examined all the above items, confirmed material and tech levels.
Used all the above items and confirmed they still function after attack chain migration.
