LGTM, although I didn't spend too much time on the re-review.

What Does This PR Do
The PR adds a new arcade cabinet, NT Magistrate Simulator, to all the stations currently fully merged. This arcade game is, for all intents and purposes, a carbon copy of NT Recruiter Simulator, with everything swapped out for a Space Law flavor. Players are tasked with examining arrest logs and determining whether everything is up to standards, or if something makes the arrest invalid.
Why It's Good For The Game
More arcade games are always fun. A little more variety would be good, as well as provide a more concrete way for people to practice adding up the sentences associated with a set of charges.

Testing
Interacted with the machine, pressed all the buttons, failed with both the approve and deny buttons, won the game, played til I received the four special characters, verified that all the fields are pulling from their respective lists and that the formula for sentencing time is working correctly.
