What Does This PR Do
This PR adds the 'Prospector' Mining Pop-Up Turret. The Prospector turret is a hardy turret designed to withstand harsh conditions, armed with a PKA. It has a limited range, but can help secure an area in harsh conditions.
The turret is deployed from a grenade that can be bought for 1500 mining points each. These grenades fit on explorer's webbing. When primed, after a few seconds, they will begin a construction process which will result in the turret. If the grenade is emagged, the turret will come out emagged and will target anyone, including the thrower. Otherwise, it will target any non-neutral mobs.
Why It's Good For The Game
Allows miners to set up small defended areas so they can focus on mining - or at least secure the outside of the lavaland base.
