What Does This PR Do

Adds a meteor grille outside of the window of the HOS office which also functions as a crap catcher.

Why It's Good For The Game

It is a longstanding tradition that any time anyone wants to steal the HOS' gun, they break the space facing window the HOS has so they can access the locker.

Nanotrasen doesn't have the budget to replace that window with reinforced walls, so they're doing the next best thing, installing a cheap metal mesh screen outside the window so any time someone does smash the window, all the other stuff that isn't being stolen doesn't just get sucked out into the void forever, including pets, lamps, paperwork, etc.

This should save tens of thousands of credits in item replacement without doing the extensive remediation work required to zone a new reinforced wall.
