Problema: El
conftest.pymockea el móduloutilscompleto, impidiendo testear las funciones reales.Tests escritos: 17 tests listos
Tests pasando: 7/17 (format_filename funciona)
Tests bloqueados: 10/17 (format_price y clean_km mockeados)
Solución necesaria
Refactorizar conftest.py para mockear solo dependencias externas (flask, socketio, dash), no modules internos como utils.
Impacto
Sin este cambio, no es posible agregar tests para ningún módulo interno del proyecto.
