Create a Google Profile for PHP Study Group

1. Allow PHP Study Group to represent itself as an orginization/group on Google+ and subsequently on Youtube as its own channel. Although owned by the creator and managed by individuals whom have been delegated the task of doing so - it will provide a point of contact and reference moving forward which I imagine would be useful for how easy it is to get the ball rolling. I stumbled through creating an entity for CodeSrc in this video - and paired it with the CodeSrc youtube channel that it's on now as a demonstration of its convenience. (Ignore the fact I called it Yahoo profiles in the video. lol)

The on-air hangouts can then be run from the 'group' with a clean publishing trail to follow on the group/pages channel.
