Allow PHPSpreadsheet 4.x

I checked PptCharts.php and there's no change on any spreadsheet component this library use.

coverage: 91.639%. remained the same
when pulling dc77c6e on nreynis:support-phpspreadsheet-4
into 2919ce7 on PHPOffice:master.
