Superseded by e13cc79 on dev, which applies this update along with the other pending ones. Dependabot was targeting main (the default branch), but this repo develops on dev and only merges into main, so these PRs sat blocked behind stale CI. .github/dependabot.yml now sets target-branch: dev, so future updates will open against the right branch.
