🎩 Description
This PR removes the enable_dataspace attribute from parent class BaseOrganizationForm and add it in children classes RegisterOrganizationForm and UpdateOrganizationForm.
This PR also improve external_proposal informations rendered on the list view of proposals index (cf screenshot)
