Integrated with maintainer review fixes via #862 (upstream main cdda6a0). The original tested branch is retained as reference; do not merge it again.

In de Tauri-app op Windows kon een pagina in Edit pages een invoegmarkering tonen zonder daadwerkelijk te verplaatsen. De organizer gebruikte HTML5 drag-and-drop, terwijl Tauri de native WebView2-dropafhandeling gebruikt voor externe bestandspaden. Tauri documenteert deze beperking.
Interne paginaverplaatsingen gebruiken nu pointergebaren met een korte bewegingsdrempel, pointer capture en scrollen langs de rand. Eén of meerdere geselecteerde pagina’s verplaatsen blijft één ongedaan-te-maken bewerking. Escape, loslaten buiten het raster, pointercancel, verloren capture en vensterfocusverlies annuleren het gebaar. Gewone klikken en externe PDF-invoeging blijven beschikbaar; de native bestandsdrop-handler blijft ingeschakeld.
Validatie:
Beperkingen: de browserregressie simuleert de HTML5-beperking; een native Windows/WebView2-gebruikersproef blijft nodig. De installerworkflow voor exact dezelfde commit en beoordeling zijn nog niet afgerond; deze PR blijft daarom concept. Er wordt geen release gepubliceerd.
Controle van commit
70a04aae309f399eb4539356562ebe92b8c6b62f: alle vijf upstream CI-checks geslaagd. Installerworkflow afgerond: Android/web/MCPB geslaagd, Windows stopt op ontbrekend Azure endpoint, Linux op ongeldige updater-signingkey; macOS-job geannuleerd. Conceptrelease blijft ongepubliceerd. PR blijft concept tot installer-validatie en verplichte review rond zijn.
