Summary

  • Adds WEA- wet-lab evidence annotation schema (src/openamp_foundry/evidence/wetlab_evidence_annotation.py)
  • Annotates dry-lab computational predictions with wet-lab WHR- outcomes, closing the feedback loop
  • prediction_outcome auto-computed from predicted vs observed: prediction_confirmed / prediction_refuted / prediction_inconclusive
  • 53 tests; BASELINE updated 11192→11245; I10 marked complete in NEXT_100_PR_MAP.md

Design

  • VALID_ACTIVITY_LABELS: active / inactive / inconclusive / not_tested
  • INCONCLUSIVE_LABELS: inconclusive / not_tested — either label forces prediction_inconclusive outcome
  • Auto-compute logic: same labels → confirmed; different active/inactive → refuted; either inconclusive → inconclusive
  • is_preliminary_wet_lab=True by default (single assay, not yet confirmed multi-assay)
  • dry_lab_only=True: the WEA- annotation record is computational metadata; WHR- holds the actual wet-lab data
  • dry_lab_artifact_id references the original prediction; whr_id (WHR- prefix required) references the wet-lab result

Safety

  • Does not weaken any safeguard or allow overclaiming
  • preliminary_wet_lab flag explicitly marks single-assay results
  • Preserves the WHR- → dry-lab separation of concerns
  • Marks I10 complete in NEXT_100_PR_MAP.md; completes Phase I (all I1–I10 items now done)

Test plan

  • 53 unit tests pass (constants, build, validate, format)
  • BASELINE regression test passes (11245)

…s dry-lab predictions with WHR- outcomes; auto-computes prediction_confirmed/refuted/inconclusive; closes feedback loop
