BatchCohortEntry helper; grade A (>=4 batches consistent), B (>=2 batches consistent/moderately_consistent), D (insufficient_data when <2 batches or inconsistent). cit_id and lpr_id prefix-validated; dry_lab_only=True enforced; 76 tests. BASELINE updated 10367->10443.
