version_tocan be extracted from release_branch since its of the formatrel/:version_toversion_fromcan be got from the most recent tag in the target branch.target_branchinput (e.g. 5.4.0-main) to use for getting merged prs in that branch. Which will be used for the release notes.prep-releaseto not strip out alpha version numbers.
