Description

This PR fixes jazzy document generation, as mentioned in issue #699

Changes

  1. Change ruby version to 3.2.0, older ruby version somehow doesn't work as mentioned in BUG: Jazzy Version incompatibility #715
  2. Remove SourceKitten and just using jazzy as documentation generator
  3. Change .jazzy.json to .jazzy.yaml to ease the documentation reading
