Summary
This PR resolves Issue #646 by improving the mobile navigation experience on OpenCRE.
Fixes implemented
✔ Added a close (✕) button inside the mobile navbar
✔ Improved the mobile drawer layout with a premium UI
✔ Added spacing, section titles, and a clean divider
✔ Drawer height now auto-adjusts to its content
✔ Added smooth transitions and better spacing
✔ Improved visual structure for consistent UX
✔ Updated Header.tsx and header.scss
Why this is needed
The mobile navbar previously occupied the full screen and did not offer an obvious way to close it, forcing users to refresh or use the browser back button.
This update makes the navigation intuitive and modern, improving overall user experience.
