docs(readme): link one-click deployment for OHIF Viewer - #6400
Adds a convenient way for readers to deploy and try OHIF Viewer directly from the repository README.
Changes & Results
Adds a One-Click Deploy section with a RepoCloud button immediately before the Project section in README.md.
This gives the community one-click access to deploy OHIF Viewer at an affordable host, as a ready-made template that needs no other instructions, with more providers to come.
Testing
Visually verified that the new section and deploy button render properly on the fork branch without affecting existing sections.
