Link to pypi thanks to whool

Thanks to the awesome lib whool created by @sbidoul it's possible to entirely manage oca add-ons like a "classic" python lib.

My suggestion is to add a link to the pypi page.
And why not add the pip command to install it.

We need to add the following link

https://pypi.org/project/odoo-addon-mass-editing
pip install odoo-addon-mass_editing

For version equal ou inferior to 14 we need to use

https://pypi.org/project/odoo11-addon-mass-editing
pip install odoo11-addon-mass_editing
