同步升级基础镜像的 Node.js 版本

将 OpenClaw 升至 2026.9.8 时仍保留 ARG NODE_VERSION=22；该版本的官方 package.json 已要求 Node.js >=24.16.0 <25 || >=26.1.0，启动器也会拒绝不受支持的运行时（版本约束）。因此镜像即使在 npm 仅警告后构建成功，部署到禁止外网下载运行时的 K8s 集群时 Gateway 仍会退出并进入 CrashLoop；应同时将基础镜像升级到受支持的 Node.js 版本。

先迁移自定义插件再升级 OpenClaw

2026.9.8 已移除宽泛的 openclaw/plugin-sdk 包导出，官方要求插件改为具体子路径（SDK 导入约定，2026.9.8 导出表），但仓库中的 openclaw-security-layer/index.ts:2、openclaw-channel-nodeskclaw/index.ts:2、openclaw-channel-learning/index.ts:2 和 openclaw-channel-dingtalk/index.ts:2 仍在从旧路径运行时导入 emptyPluginConfigSchema。使用此镜像加载这些插件时会触发 ERR_PACKAGE_PATH_NOT_EXPORTED，导致安全层和自定义频道无法注册；版本升级需要与这些插件的 SDK 导入迁移一并完成。
