While browsing the repo, I got confused about the dates of the meetings. The changes make dates fixed in time.

The clearer rule would be thursdays in even weeks, 18:00 (Europe/Berlin). But due to low attendance we'll probably have to reevaluate that. |

Hi!
While I was browsing the repo, I ended up confused about the dates of the meetings (as June 11, 2024 was a Tuesday). The changes I propose make these dates fixed in time. I hope that they will lead to a more understandable schedule.
January 11th is just an informed guess, so please feel free to correct me.
