RxConnect is a pharmacy prescription and stock fulfillment platform being developed as part of the Build Sprint.
Neighborhood pharmacies currently face several operational challenges:
- Customers can order over the phone or by visiting the store, but there is no centralized ordering system.
- Prescription medicines require pharmacist verification before dispensing.
- Stock is tracked separately at each branch, often leading to inaccurate availability.
- Customers may place orders for medicines that are actually out of stock.
- Pharmacists need a workflow to verify prescriptions before fulfillment.
- Delivery partners should receive orders only after they are ready for pickup.
- Branch administrators need visibility into orders, inventory, and fulfillment performance.
The goal of RxConnect is to build a platform that enables safe medicine ordering, branch-level inventory management, prescription verification, and efficient order fulfillment.
