• Fixed a bug in condensate removal bookkeeping in ec_COMP_EQU_CHEM where inactive entries in solid_indices could be read while rebuilding the active condensate list.
• Initialized solid_indices before the condensate active-set loop and restricted removal rebuilds to the valid prefix 1:current_solids_number.
• Added a Sonora-based Fortran regression test using the thermo-sonora-component.yaml chemistry, Lodders (2020) solar abundances, and a pressure-temperature sweep at high metallicity.
• Bumped the project version from 0.2.1 to 0.2.2.
