Add electrified load series outputs

Currently, we report load_series_kw but this is actually just the BAU load and does not account for the load of many of the techs now included in REopt.

TODO:

• Assess what this would break in the web tool
• Assess whether critical loads should be included in AnnualEleckWh
• Compare new calc to grid to load output without any generation techs
• Test with offgrid (should use time steps without grid?)
• Why is annual_electric_load_with_thermal_conversions_kwh different than annual_calculated_kwh in @testset "CHP Unavailability and Outage"?
