Description

This PR improves Cursor support for the AIQ development, by adding Cursor rules in .cursor.json.

The basic idea is let Cursor look into the correct documentation of aiq commands, and invoke the corresponding command requested by the user input to the Cursor Chat Agent. This simplifies the process that the users learning about the commands look into the documentations by themselves.
