Summary

change JMediaOrganizer and launch configuration parsing to store the input folder as a Path
migrate media processing, GUI interactions, and conversion tasks to use Path APIs for traversal and cleanup
update media abstractions and tests to operate on Path values instead of File

Testing

mvn test (fails: unable to download plugins from Maven Central due to 403)
