Add ContextMenuReaction interface and update query cache initialization

This pull request adds the ContextMenuReaction interface to the types/index.ts file and updates the query cache initialization to include the ContextMenuReaction data. It also includes a new utility function toFormatEmoji in the utils.ts file that formats emojis.
