It's just a test if we are facing a problem in GitHub or in the rockylinux8 containers.

@widhalmt it is definitely a performance issue from GitHub. You can see in the same branch without any new push, the same pipelines will stop in a different step(start or restart a service, unzip a file......), and sometimes it success. The best example is ubuntu2204, elasticstack_default, 8 pipeline.

It is my point of view maybe you see the situation differently :)

It can be seen as verified that the problem is in fact not the usage of Rocky Linux containers. So I'm closing the PR
