This branch (combined with flavioamieiro/pypln.web@d52fc9b8c) finally solves the problem of having two different python packages in the same 'pypln' namespace, by using setuptools' pkg_resources.declare_namespace and namespace_packages in setup.py.
This pull request also fixes the deploy script to match this new package structure.
