Populate the previously-empty Investments services area with the client's four lines, displayed as a simple grid of icon + name + short description (no category headers, per the client's brief): - Real Estate (apartment) - Super & Mini Super Markets (storefront) - Wholesale Business (warehouse) - Hardware & Building Materials (hardware) - Seed them as InvestmentService rows via data migration 0002 so they stay fully admin-editable — the client can edit, reorder, hide, or add more. - Switch ServicesView + services.html from category-grouped to a flat card grid, since these are operating business lines rather than the partnership-style categories the page was originally built around. The empty-state remains as a fallback if every service is removed. - Update services-page tests for the seeded data and flat layout. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.7 <noreply@anthropic.com>
