Fix: Center ThunderLogoSVG and align layout

🔧 Pull Request: Fix Sidebar Logo and other components Alignment in Thunder UI

Overview:
This PR addresses a subtle but noticeable misalignment in the Thunder sidebar logo. The SVG was visually offset to the right, causing inconsistency with adjacent navigation items. The fix ensures pixel-perfect centering and smooth layout behavior across collapsed and expanded sidebar states.

Changes Made:

• Applied a translateX(-2px) transform to the ThunderLogoSVG to correct horizontal drift.
• Wrapped the logo in a fixed-size container (w-8 h-8) with flex alignment for consistent positioning.
• Verified layout stability during hover and sidebar toggle transitions.
• Ensured no impact on other nav components or overall responsiveness.
  **** make use of prettier for document organigation thatsy it seems every thing is changes but changes made in thunder componrnt of line 28 and nav bar div of line from 268 to 398**
  Why It Matters:
  Precise alignment reinforces visual polish and brand consistency. This fix eliminates layout jitter and ensures the Thunder logo appears intentional and balanced within the sidebar.
