How do I request to add es_es.json?

Fork this GitHub repository, clone it to your PC with GitHub Desktop or open it online, find or create es_es.json make your changes, commit them, push the branch and create a pull request.
I think you can find detailed instructions on the Internet.
If you want to ask someone else to do it, then there's probably no way. Although, it's possible to create an issue with such a title, but it is better to do it yourself.

Thank you. I just wanted there to be Spanish (Spain) language in the mod. I find it odd/immersion-breaking to see all of the weapon names in English when I play the Spain version of the game.
