About the PR

See title; adds to loadout (100k for mercs, free w/ attachments for judges), adds to exped loot (same T3 ranged weapons table as Lecter), adds to fab (under same research as Ratel).
Removes drozd, lecter, vulcan, & AKM from judge (2 TSF weapons and a gun that Doesnt Fit Them IMO).
Functionally, it is just a pretty good 5.56x45mm rifle, just expensive; Has 152.95 DPS, which is slightly more than Lecter, but I'm assuming it's also slightly easier to hit targets with Lecter than this, Lecter is also free lol.

Why / Balance

• my awesome fucking cag cc warriors with kitted out tactical rifles and shit
• CC shouldn't use TSF guns if it wants to be it's own faction
• i wanted to sprite it
• 200 faction ARs and about 5 independent/mercenary ones (opposite for shotguns lol)
• no AR supporting attachments thats "easily" accessible to mercs (outside of stealing)

• add: Added Iroh as a cool Merc/CC rifle. Basically a space G36. Make at a lathe after researching, find in exped ranged weapon spawns, or equip in loadout for $100k (as merc; free for CC).
• tweak: Replaced AKM, Lecter, Vulcan, and Drozd for Judges with Iroh (w/ roundstart 2x optic & VFG).
