About the PR

Adds PLXCOR as a whitelisted company. Its purple instead of PLXCOR's usual red because there are 300 other red companies, and we want to be unique while still having a somewhat menacing presence.

Why / Balance

Been having a lot of fun with PLXCOR. Its about time it got officialized so that it can grow further.

How to test

Open up dev place, select company in character select. If you want to be fancy and allat you can even buy a ship and see the lil PLXCOR tag on it.
