About the PR
Modified the yaml files to create two new items; PDV Cyborg Intrinsics and TSF Cyborg Intrinsics. These items were mapped into the lathes through the faction research for the Basic Combat Cyborg Modules. There was a new branch added to the construction steps for the cyborgs (using the Mech IFF yaml style as a base), which allows crafting faction cyborgs with the new component on the pre-final step of construction.
Why / Balance
This change makes it possible to create new PDV/TSF cyborg chassis, in case your old borg got blown up (again).
It's very frustrating to have your loyal borg be crushed into oblivion (or bashed with a tintreach until they're just a positronic brain and modules lying in a heap), so making a fresh chassis is a good idea. It is better than the alternative of the player ghosting and rejoining on a new slot.
