Remove the prototypes from the maps for spawners manually lol, don't comment them out. The other commenting out (such as for the entire job .ymls for medic/corporal) can just be done via ignored_prototypes.yml, I think.

No breaking changes have been made that I have identified so far, but most will likely relate to spawns, accesses, loadouts & usual Linter stuff. Potential of wacky stuff with Medic and Efreitor nuked from existence.
