About the PR

Opened as a draft while I actually compile what was done.

  • Adds 3 new whitelisted Viper Group based jobs, the Infanteer, the Lieutenant and the Commander
    • They each come with a basic loadout set and custom death rattle implants.
    • To make living in freeport/Camelot a bit more bearable, the Lieutenant and Commander get Nova Cygni.
    • They can access Veteran timer weapons.
  • Adds two new PDAs, a lower ranked one and a higher ranked one.
  • Adds unique ID cards for all 3, thanks to SwadianSupremacy.
    * Recolors the WL-01 while I try to make an armor sprite. I am not very good at doing so.
  • They can start with the Initiate armor found in Viper Group Initiate Hardsuit #4022
  • Adds two radio reskins, each with the Viper Group radio channel (i) and a death rattle implant

  • Adds a set of ViperGroup doors with two accesses for low ranks and high ranks. Docks included.
  • Also adds two suit lockers along with wall variants.
  • Adds a lockable button for basic Viper access
  • Adds 3 turrets that are neutral to Vipers and USSP. Hates everyone else.

  • Adds a Viper Group shipyard with two ships by Gelliiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii and one using a hull by Corrupt. The Reaver and the Talonuran, followed by the Solidus (Snake).

  • Adds the Light Bulletproof Helmet as a loadout option for mercenaries. Figured I'd do so as there is a Boris vendor in Camelot/Central already.

Why / Balance

With this, the changelog Corrupt had given us for Freeport should be complete.

How to test

  • Use Monodev, as it was updated to have the new roles.

  • Mess around with the radio, shoot your clone to see the death rattle.
  • Smack door with your ID.

Reaver_replacement
  • The Reaver has had it's guns swapped out for Torpedos at the request of the others.
  • It also has an autoloader now.

NOTE: I have only reviewed the ship/armour part of this PR, Code review will be done in another review.

Armour:

  • Looks good, not mutch to say about that.
  • Swap out the void jetpacks for mini jetpacks.

Ships:

  • what are these radar markings? they are ugly, eather remove them or rework them from the ground up (take a look at jaguar/ocelot)

  • gas mixer isnt set up properly (79% nitrogen 21% oxygen)

  • Inconsistent interior
  • the dorms are ugly, fix it (take a look at other VG ships or your VG module for inspiration)
  • put a tile under the airtight hatch not catwalk.

  • Remove catwalks and swap plating for lattice

  • Remove or rework the shape, they are ugly on mass and serve no purpose.

  • at this point, remove solidus from your PR untill it meets the guidelines/standards properly.

Talonuran:

  • Remove the 2 spikes at the back (will interfiere with docking at the camelot remap)
  • Wheres atmos?
  • Move the passive vent to here (orange arrow)
  • add grilles here (marked green)
  • once the fighter "crow" gets merged, swap the 20mm for AC-35 chaingun.

  • Move the passive vent deeper into the hull (orange arrow)
  • Change up the grilles! (makred green)

  • Goes along with the suggestions/mandates/whatever outlined in the review, note that the thruster was deleted for vent visibility. The thruster is there ingame.
  • Scraps the Solidus.
  • Replaces the void jetpack in the suit lockers with a mini jetpack.
