Massive Weapon Expansion - Use those Unused Sprites

About The Pull Request

This PR aims ot add in QUITE a few of the weapon sprites the repo has in its back pocket ot be available for creation, to better expand upon options and flavor of kit. This includes

• Tons of new silver weapons
• A pair of oversized unique ones
• JAVELINS!
• Allowing Smiths to make the Metal Enhanced Staffs

Why It's Good For The Game

We had these sprites all sitting around unused, so i decided to use them all
