About The Pull Request

This PR adds the toiler's vest and the toiler's cowl as new clothing items for Malum Acolytes to spawn wearing.

This also gives Malum acolytes a short shirt (not shown in picture), and black tights to cover body parts the vest doesn't.

Why It's Good For The Game

Malum Acolytes just wore standard robes dyed red. Now they look more unique.

Personally I prefer the hat from this PR right here, and the bodywear from the #6510 (not that my opinion on this matters much, I imagine, but here we are).
