Removes the "dagothbot" lawset.
Adds the "God Complex" lawset.

Why it's Good for the Game

It's an incredibly direct media reference, too direct for Oculis' atmosphere. The idea of a god complex lawset seems fun at core, so I've drafted a replacement that is simpler and non-media based. Feedback on it would be appreciated.
