Improves Modular Boltgun Sprites (for real)

About The Pull Request

Changes the .60 barrel sprites on the modular bolt actions, also changes the heavy bolt sprite and heavy scope sprite (on the battle rifle as well, and the inhands for the detached scope). This time without deleting every file ever.

Why It's Good For The Game

Looks much nicer now (especially the Kadmin's insane height overbore being fixed).

yeah apparently those literally just never worked in the first place, but if you want I can just put them back into the dmi
