I'm okay with the change but this starts getting very convoluted for plugin management, so maybe it'd worth having a reminder somewhere to "clean" everything once Starfield plugin management gets standardized.

I don't think this adds that much complexity but it does allow people using the ASI enabler to still get plugin management to work. I fully intend to remove the enabler checks once Bethesda makes it standard.
