Key Changes:

• A new button link UI at the top of the homepage to help users become more aware of the open office hour.
• A new Publications page with an external link to the bioRxiv page with a list of preprints. Users can navigate this page from the “Resources” nav link at the top of the page.
• A new external link to the exercise meta-analysis publication on Related Studies page.
• A new external link to the main https://motrpac.org/ portal at the bottom of the Team page.

Most of the changes work as expected. One minor behavior that I didn't expect was when clicking on the office hour link on the home page, I was not taken directly to the link at the bottom of the page, but instead needed to scroll down further. Instead, the top-of-the-page link seemed to take me to the "Learn More" subsection.
