this allows the memory_elems to access traits
Incase space is not MEM hands it to the downstream mem
technically the mem size is off by one for 64 bit cores
this was a huge oversight causing the memory to return random data when read
there was an error only in these two wrappers that shadowed the state and with that the mstatus. This was only relevant for dissass output as far as I can see
status is now hex and reduces default width for 64 bit addrs
