This was a remake of S4 to learn Jax. Most of the code was copied from srush annotated s4 (ahttps://srush.github.io/annotated-s4/) with the goal of reproducing the results of S4 on MNIST. It's a toy example but we all start somewhere. "¯_(ツ)_/¯
