Vault 2. This fail to build until VaultAPI has updated. Pom has not been touched as of yet.

The original VaultAPI works fine for this if I'm not wrong. Economy plugins just have to @OverRide the createAccount(OfflinePlayer) method, which they can then use UUID's.
