I've updated pre-emphasis time constant from 75 us (standard in USA and South Korea) to 50 us (standard in rest of the world). I've made it to make the code compatible with more radios. BTW, if it is set on different time constant than your radio, you will still hear it, just in worse quality. See here for more: https://bit.ly/3FIZfow
I've deleted the binary, since it still contains "old" code with 75us time constant.

This is my first PR regarding C language (or actually even doing something in C for first time), so please forgive me, if I've made some stupid mistake
