Hi [Maintainer],
I've completed the "Notify users of upcoming tax deadlines" task. Here's the complete implementation with test instructions:
🎯 WHAT I DID
Feature Overview:
TaxComplianceModule now emits blockchain events when tax deadlines approach (<=30 days), enabling off-chain notification systems (indexers → push/email/in-app alerts).
