- Added a few lines in _convergence_sint.py for conversion and comments.
- Nothing is required for conversion for maxwell_1d.py since the code is compatible with Python already. I added a few comments.
- Nothing is required for conversion since the code is with Python3 already. Refactored a code with small changes like comments.
