I not sure when this changed, but the color helper is no longer accessible as a method on Chart, each helper must be imported

Im not sure when it changed, but charjs has changed the way the color helper function is accessed
This PR shows how to fix the access to the helper method. I have published this as csm-chartjs-plugin-colorschemes
